Janu\u00e1r \u00e9s febru\u00e1r a legjobb fogad\u00e1s arra a k\u00e9peslapszer\u0171 h\u00f3ra a belv\u00e1rosban, ahol n\u00e9h\u00e1ny j\u00f3, 10-20 cm-es (4-8 h\u00fcvelyk) szem\u00e9tdomb tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 egyszerre.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ha azonban <em>sok<\/em> h\u00f3ra v\u00e1gyik, menjen fel Holmenkollenbe, a dombos ter\u00fcletre, amely metr\u00f3val (1-es vonal) mind\u00f6ssze 20-30 percre van a belv\u00e1rost\u00f3l. 300-500 m\u00e9ter (1000-1600 l\u00e1b) tengerszint feletti magass\u00e1gban \u00fclve hidegebb \u00e9s havasabb \u2013 t\u00f6k\u00e9letes s\u00edel\u00e9shez vagy csak egy t\u00e9li csodaorsz\u00e1g \u00e9lvezet\u00e9hez. A Finnmark megy\u00e9ben tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 <strong>Karasjok<\/strong> \u00e9s <strong>Kautokeino<\/strong> helyek a leghidegebbek, a t\u00e9li \u00e1tlagok -15\u00b0C \u00e9s -20\u00b0C (5\u00b0F \u00e9s -4\u00b0F) k\u00f6z\u00e9 esnek. Oslo ehhez k\u00e9pest egy piknik!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A valaha r\u00f6gz\u00edtett leghidegebb h\u0151m\u00e9rs\u00e9kletek<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osl\u00f3nak voltak fagyos pillanatai, de nem d\u00f6ntenek meg nemzeti rekordokat. Az Osl\u00f3ban valaha m\u00e9rt legalacsonyabb h\u0151m\u00e9rs\u00e9klet <strong>-29,6 \u00b0C (-21,3 \u00b0F)<\/strong> volt, Blindernben 1985. febru\u00e1r 10-\u00e9n. Ez azonban ritka \u2013 a legt\u00f6bb t\u00e9l nem \u00e9ri el ezt.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1sutt Norv\u00e9gi\u00e1ban egyre vadabb a hideg. Minden id\u0151k rekordja <strong>Karasjok<\/strong> , ahol 1886. janu\u00e1r 1-j\u00e9n el\u00e9rte <strong>a -51,4\u00b0C-ot (-60,5\u00b0F).<\/strong> A k\u00f6zelm\u00faltban, <strong>R\u00f8ros<\/strong> , egy k\u00f6z\u00e9p-norv\u00e9giai b\u00e1ny\u00e1szv\u00e1ros 1929-ben <strong>-50,4\u00b0C-ra (-58,7\u00b0F<\/strong> ) esett. lefagy. A leghidegebb, ami itt valaha volt, nem \u00e9rinti az olyan \u0151r\u00fclt m\u00e9lypontokat, mint p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul Karasjok.
