Sting and Paul Simon concert in Oslo

Paul Federic Simon is an American singer and songwriter. His career started when the duo Simon and Garfunkel was formed in 1964 with his partner Art Garfunkel, he wrote most of the songs for the band.

Some of their most popular songs such as The Sound of Silence, Mrs Robinson and Bridge Over Troubled Water were ranked number one by the US singles charts. After the duo split up in 1970 Simon began his solo career as a singer, songwriter and guitarist and he released three albums over the next few years. Sting is an English musician, singer, songwriter, activist and actor. He was a former member of The Police and he got worldwide known with the band and with his solo career. He was the principle songwriter of The Police. During his career he was nominated and won several awards. He received 16 Grammy Awards and three Brit Awards and many others as well.

Paul Simon and Sting are on a world tour in 2014. The On Stage Together tour started in 2014 and they will visit several countries in the world. They will have concerts in North-America and in Europe as well. They will perform in multiple European countries such as Germany, Poland, Holland, Sweden and Norway. In Norway the concert will take place at the Oslo Spektrum. They will be on stage on Thursday 19th March 2015. Tickets for the concert are already available.
