The Nickelback is a popular Canadian rock band, founded in 1995. The members are Chad Kroeger, who sings and guitars, Mike Kroeger, who plays on bass guitar, Ryan Peake, who guitars and vocals, the past drummer, Brandon Kroeger and the new drummer since 2005, Daniel Adair.

The Nickelback released several successful albums during their almost 20 year’s career. Their last work is the Greatest Hits double album, released in 2012, which contains all of the most famous and best songs. In this autumn the Nickelback will travel around the world and in the biggest city they will play live their best songs to the fans. The band will naturally visit to Europe too, and one of the stations will be the capital of Norway, Oslo.

However Oslo is a little bit cold, especially in November, we are sure that the Canadian rock band will heat up the atmosphere at 14 November 2013 at the Telenor Arena. This party will be definitely great! The Telenor Arena is a relatively new stadium in Oslo. It opened in 2009. In case of a sport event, its capacity is 15.000 people, during a concert its 23.000 people.

The members are Matthew Bellamy, who sings and guitars in the band, Christopher Wolstenholme, who vocals, bass guitars and rhymes guitars and Dominic Howard who plays on drums. All the three guys are from the little town in Devon County, Teignmouth. However it was hard to broke out from this village, it totally worth the effort, because today they are a very important part of the modern rock music.

Their newest album, The 2nd Law was released in 2012. After that the band naturally goes to a tour, but not on the usual way. They organized a gigantic worldwide concert tour between September 2012 and September 2013, and they goes around the whole world twice!

The singer was born as Peter Gene Hernandez in Honolulu. Mars was two years old, when he got the “Bruno” nickname, which was given by his father after a chubby-faced wrestler, named Bruno Sammartino, and when he moved to Los Angeles he added to his name the world “Mars”. He said about the pen name: ‘I felt like I didn’t have no pizzazz, and a lot of girls say I’m out of this world, so I was like I guess I’m from Mars.’

Mars derives from a musician family and he and his five siblings due the varied music styles to this condition. He has dealt with music since his childhood; he was successful song writer and music producer and Elvis-imitator too.

In the whole world she sold 75 million albums and maxi CDs.

She was very young when she matriculated to more dance schools, where she studied jazz and ballets too. Her family recognized her talent, when she started to sing a song, what her dance teacher trolled on the dance class. She was very shy, so her mother encouraged her to sing if she enjoys it. Her first action was a school talent show. This was the time, when she overcame her fear and decided that she want to be a popular singer. When she was seven, she sang John Lennon’s song, the Imagine on a talent show. The audience celebrated her with enormous applause, and she won the competition.

Roger Waters has start his solo career in 1985, he released three albums, wrote an opera and he gave the most outstanding concert in the rock history in Berlin, after the Wall fall down in 1990. Of course, Roger Waters didn’t forget his past in the Pink Floyd. The proof is, his newest tour’s title is The Wall.

This conception album was released in 1979, and both of the critics and fans agreed this is the most successful album in the band’s life. They played The Wall live 192 times across the World, more than 3.3 million people could see it and it became one of the most successful albums in the rock history. Now Roger Waters will brush up this legend, of course with acoustic music accompaniment and full technology visual and audio. The Wall was too monumental to make a real tour from it so far, which truly gives back this masterpiece’s spirit, but new arenas and the development of technics have solved this problem. Roger Waters refreshed the performance, not just the outside, but the spirit too.

Only four days after the Norwegian national day on May 17th a new event will take place which will make an even greater impact on quite some people than the national day of Norway itself. This event is the Bon Jovi concert which will take place on Valle Hovin on May 21st starting at 17.00.

Valle Hovin is together with Ulleval Stadium the number one venue for outdoor concerts and lots of super famous and popular artists have been here before Bon Jovi will come in 2013. But, one thing they all have in common is that Norwegian love to party and to enjoy good concerts, and therefore tickets are sold out within seconds.
